Alex joined Crozier in 2006 to build the firm’s transportation engineering practice from the ground up, and its record of projects carried through to approval became the foundation for his role today as Vice President, Toronto, in the downtown development market. He pairs over 25 years of consulting experience with an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and an engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, and understands how engineering decisions translate into financial outcomes.
Alex navigates complex approvals, political dynamics, and regulatory hurdles with a differentiating fluency, and his credible, persuasive testimony at the Ontario Land Tribunal has carried contested applications across the line. He is a Director on Crozier’s Board, a past president of the Georgian Triangle Development Institute, and Past Chair of the Collingwood Affordable Housing Task Force.
