Janet joined Crozier in 2016 with a mandate to build the people infrastructure the firm needed, and she has been a steady, trusted presence ever since. As Vice President, People & Culture, she leads the full people side of the firm, from recruiting and career mapping to professional development and the sensitive work of conflict resolution, alongside Communications and Administration, keeping every group connected and running smoothly.
A Wilfrid Laurier University graduate with over 25 years of progressive management experience across professional services, Janet is a past Director of Crozier’s Board and remains a trusted advisor to the executive team. Her warmth, consistency, and institutional knowledge are at the heart of what makes Crozier’s culture tick.
