Jon has been with Crozier since 2006 and serves as Executive Vice President, with executive oversight of Finance & Operations and day-to-day delivery across all offices, a natural evolution from his time as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. With over 20 years of consulting experience and a water resources engineering degree from the University of Guelph, he brings a depth of technical expertise in land development, water resources, and civil design that gives him genuine credibility with the teams he leads.
Measured, thoughtful, and experienced, Jon listens carefully before acting and brings a calm consistency to everything he oversees. He has built strong, lasting client relationships over the course of his career, understands the financial and operational realities of running a project-based business at scale, and sits on Crozier’s Board of Directors. His firm-wide view keeps projects, people, and budgets aligned, and behind the measured style is a trusted mentor whose door is open across the organization.
He is an avid outdoorsman and a local Scout leader, promoting staff, interns and co-op involvement in volunteer activities and outings.
