Jurgen joined Crozier as a University of Guelph intern in 2011 and has grown into one of the firm’s most complete leaders. As Vice President, GTA West, he leads a region anchored by the Guelph and Burlington offices with a reach through Kitchener-Waterloo and the western growth corridor, after spearheading the opening of the Crozier Guelph office in 2023. His client relationships are built on consistency, trust, and follow-through across a breadth of sectors, led by residential land development, complemented by Crozier’s distinctive practice serving the cemetery industry, a niche he leads for the firm.
A Guelph engineering graduate in water resources, Jurgen recently earned his MBA from the University of Guelph’s Lang School of Business with a specialization in sustainable commerce, a lens he brings to how the firm grows: responsibly and with the long view in mind. Jurgen also currently sits on Crozier’s Board of Directors.
